You need to raise and revitalize your own hope and enthusiasm via meditation and prayers. When ever you find yourself in such situations use the Prayers below to restore and revitalize your hope.
It is good to make this Prayers and Meditation early in the morning at Sunrise by facing Sunrise. You can also make the prayer in the evening at Sunset by facing Sunset.
