2. Mariwo Ope (Palm frond)
uproot the palm frond from the small palm tree at once, cut the top of
the palm frond, add one clove of alligator pepper to it. Grind it together. Use
it to make incision at the back of your two feet.
3. Eepo
Igi tabi Oriro( Bark stem Antiaris Africana) chop it into pieces and
soak it in water. Use it to bathe regularly.
4. Eran
Agutan( Mutton) ododo tabi oMunu Ewe Arerere( tebder keaves of fresh African
