1.   Egungun Inaki( bone of an ape), Kuluso mesan( 9 Antilion Insects) Oko atare kan (  a clove of alligator peeper with scientific name aframomum Melegueta). Grind it well.
Usage: use the preparation to make (9) incision at the back that is paining you.       Use blade to make nine  the incisions at the Lumber region and use the powder to rub it.

2.   Mariwo Ope  (Palm frond)  uproot the palm frond from the small palm tree at once, cut the top of the palm frond, add one clove of alligator pepper to it. Grind it together. Use it to make incision at the back of your two feet.
3.    Eepo Igi  tabi Oriro( Bark stem  Antiaris Africana) chop it into pieces and soak it in water. Use it to bathe regularly.
4.    Eran Agutan( Mutton) ododo tabi oMunu Ewe Arerere( tebder keaves of fresh African apple with   with scientific  name Triplochiton scleroxylon)
5.   Igi omumu ati ewe omumu(back stem and tender leaves of Cyperus esculentus ) Use it to cook a snail ,with palm oil and a clove of alligator pepper.

Garlic

One of the most popular natural cures for lumbago is garlic oil and even garlic cloves that can be used along with mustard oil. The solution should be heated and then cooled for application on the back which can relieve the pain caused at the back.
Wheat



Some wheat mixture can be used with coriander and cuscus grass that provides immediate relief from lumbago. The mixture can be prepared by boiling wheat in water and adding coriander and cuscus grass to it.

Clay poultices

Clay is an excellent, inexpensive, and simple remedy for any type of inflammation.  Make a poultice by mixing warm water with green or red clay until making a paste that you can apply, without it running.  Make it so that it stays compact to the skin on the entire lumbar area.
Cover this with dressing or fabric, or also with a thick wool fabric to provide heat.  Let set for at least half an hour, but you could also let it set over night.  When you go to remove it, it will be dry.  The clay will absorb toxins, reduce inflammation, and will provide the body with minerals.

Arnica

Arnica is a plant used by athletes to prevent and treat injuries.  It is found as an extract, cream, homeopathy form, among others.  You can combine both topical and oral uses.
If you decide to use homeopathy, use the Arnica Montana 9 CH remedy, and place 3 small balls under the tongue, three times a day, between meals, beverages, and strong and menthol flavors (gum, toothpaste, and similar things).

Rosemary vinegar

Rosemary helps mobilize circulation, and giving ourselves rosemary vinegar massages can be very useful.  We can also make it ourselves by letting a few sprigs of rosemary soak in a glass bottle of vinegar.

Cupping therapy

Uso: use la preparación para hacer (9) una incisión en la espalda que lo está doliendo. Use la cuchilla para hacer nueve incisiones en la región de la madera y use el polvo para frotarlo.


2. Mariwo Ope (hoja de palma) arranca la hoja de palma de la pequeña palmera de una vez, corta la parte superior de la hoja de palma, agrega un diente de pimienta de cocodrilo. Molerlo juntos. Úselo para hacer una incisión en la parte posterior de sus dos pies.

3. Eepo Igi tabi Oriro (Tallo de la corteza Antiaris Africana) picarlo en trozos y remojarlo en agua. Úselo para bañarse regularmente.

4. Eran Agutan (Cordero) ododo tabi oMunu Ewe Arerere (tebder keaves de manzana africana fresca con nombre científico Triplochiton scleroxylon)


5. Igi omumu ati ewe omumu (tallo trasero y hojas tiernas de Cyperus esculentus) Úselo para cocinar un caracol, con aceite de palma y un diente de pimienta de cocodrilo.
